Please make arrangements for travel with the below closing of roads on Friday, October 31st. 

The following roads will be closed: Illinois street from Madison to Monroe on Friday, October 31st, 5-8 for trunk or treat. the Police officer on duty will lead the parade. The ambulance will to be at the end of parade.
